Instructions :
• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then tear or cut the bag opening along the dotted line, and pour breast milk into the milk storage bag
• Squeeze out the air in the bag from bottom to top, and then seal the bag mouth
• After checking whether the mouth of the bag is sealed, put the milk storage bag upright
• Write the date, time and volume of breast milk packaging on the body of the bag or paste a sticker
• When storing breast milk in the refrigerator, please try to put it in a relatively safe place to avoid temperature changes that may affect breast milk
• If breast milk needs to be stored in an ice tray, do not pour it into a capacity of 140ml or more than two-thirds of the upper limit of the capacity standard to avoid damage to the milk storage bag due to expansion
• Recommended storage time limit for breast milk:
1. Store at room temperature (25°C) for up to 4 hours (in hot weather, do not store breast milk at room temperature);
2. Stored in the refrigerator compartment, can be stored for up to 24 (single door)-72 (double door) hours;
3. Store in an ice tray for up to 3 months

Thawing method:

Breast milk stored in the ice tray, please move the ice milk from the ice tray to the refrigerator to dissolve slowly the night before drinking, and drink it as soon as possible within 24 hours
Breast milk stored in the refrigerator compartment can be thawed at room temperature or warmed by warm water below 55°C. When the temperature indicator on the milk storage bag changes to the appropriate color (about 40°C), You can tear open the opening of the milk bag and pour breast milk into the bottle to feed your baby. The warmed breast milk must be consumed as soon as possible within 1 hour
It is recommended to put breast milk on the back of your hand to test the temperature, it will be suitable if it feels slightly warm

Precautions :

Do not heat breast milk at high temperature or in a microwave oven. Overheated temperature will seriously damage the nutrients in breast milk
There may be fat stratification in breast milk after freezing. This is normal. The uppermost layer of fat will be light yellow, not deteriorating. Just shake it slightly before drinking to mix the two evenly, and then you can drink
Do not put the thawed breast milk or remaining breast milk back into the refrigerator for later use. Dispose of it immediately and do not drink it again
